Liis Kokk

Liis joined BaltCap in 2025. She is responsible for the efficient operation and administration of all BaltCap country offices in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Liis has more than 18 years of experience in facilities management and office administration.

Previously, Liis worked in Oracle Corporation as a Regional Facilities Manager, overseeing facilities management of Oracle offices in the Baltic States. Prior to that she has worked in office management related roles in the Real Estate and Manufacturing sectors. Liis’s academic background includes having studied English Language and Culture in University of Tartu  as well as Public and Business Management in Tallinn University.
