BaltCap Growth Fund (“BGF”) invests in fast growing companies with proven and profitable business models.

BGF invests in growth of companies by increasing their production capacity, entering new markets or acquiring a competitor, and seeks customized solutions for each business.

We invest up to €10 million, acquiring a majority or influential minority ownership stake. We can also buy out shareholders looking for liquidity or finance management buyouts.
